So it is the season to be extremely happy! Stay jolly! Just because it is holiday season...  And are you jolly, happy, and joyful? May be because of the fact that you are so much indulged in shopping, shopping and shopping, the whole festive mood is there! And we have all the reasons to be happy because it is holiday season. Am I right?
 
We get time off work, we visit our loved ones, and we have permission to celebrate. This is something we call as an art if happiness. But have you ever thought that what happens to this mood in the rest of the year? How well do you practice the art of happiness the rest of the year?

Okay let us compare the similar art of happiness with the art of medication. Some of us do practice yoga and medication for half an hour in the morning, and during that time, we remain so calm. But what happens during the rest of the day. We intionally "practice" a peaceful state during meditation. But half an hour is not a big time. But what about the rest of the day?

If we will spend the rest of your day feeling anxious, worried, angry, frustrated, or upset, then what is the use of that medication that we did earlier in the morning? Then you are practicing those negative states all day long, so what is the use of medication of those 30 mins. So you must practice positive thoughts throughout the day to have a positive impact on your life. Similarly you must stay happy for the rest of your life, not just for the holiday season!
Here are three things to get you started:

1. Make being happy the most important goal in your life. Yes, you must keep away from the stress level and say bye-bye to stress from a distance itself. Don't let it come closer to you at all.

2. okay, even if you think that you are not able to control your anger, then take my advice. First have a count from 10 to 1 in a backward manner...10,09,08... then if things does not settle here, then  go and hug your refrigerator. Because refrigerators and other large appliances act as electrical grounds, and at the same time they have the power to handle psychic fire energy like anger or negativity.

3. Remember that nothing lasts forever, so wait until negativity vanishes away and positivity returns. Till then, keep your mind cool.
