The fourth effect is Disability to react to certain situation: you tend to do every task in a slow motion and to add on more difficulty, you fail to react to situations as quickly as you normally would.

- Take a bath 20 minutes before bed. Prefer warm water.
- Have a glass of warm milk before going to sleep. This will further help you in calming down the nerves.
