1. If you love fried chicken a lot, then it is recommended that you should cut some calories from fried chicken by taking the skin off first. I know that the chicken is still filled with a lot of oil but at least you've taken off some calories.
2.Let me tell you that if you love eating an ice cream a lot, but still don't want to pit on weight, but at the same time I want to tell you that you can still have it! Just go to the market and purchase a lot of ice cream bars rather than going for the ice cream that you can dish up yourself. By doing so, you can actually have a limit on yourself as to how much you have. As far as my personal condition is concerned, let me tell you that it is impossible for me to dish up only a little ice cream, but an ice cream bar treat is great.
3.I would like to give you one more tip for all the ice cream lovers out there. Why don't you just swtich to popsicles, juice bars, sherbet or Italian ice. These all have a lot less calories than ice cream but offer the same taste!
4.Ohhh! I forgot to give you one more tip for all the ice cream lovers. A delicious treat that is very similar to an ice cream sandwich, but has VERY LITTLE calories: you don't have to do a lot of things. Just make sure that you take 2 chocolate graham crackers and sandwich 2-3 Tbsp. fat-free whipped topping between them... and guess what, the treat is ready!
5.Here's a recipe:
Chinese Salad Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice, canned or bottled
2 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients together unitl sugar dissolves. Yummy!
6.Now sit down, relax, close your eyes and think about all the healthy things you like and play up on them. As far as my petrsonal preferances are concerned, let me tell you that I love Sushi, Shrimp, Stir-Fries, Salsas, Fruit, Soups, Roasted Vegetables, Salads and Smoothies. Best health dishes!
7.Okay let me come to your favorite junk food. I know that you love French Fries a lot, but you want to cut down the calories. The fact is that now I have found a delicious alternative! Just follow these simple steps: Simply slice potatoes, put them on a baking sheet but don't make use of lining like a saturated fat or something. Make sure that you use non-fatty spray. Now spray the potatoes with the spray, season and cook at 400F for 40-60 minutes, till the time you find that they are done!
