Do you get scared when you see wild birds congregated heavily in one area? Well, I’m sure such sights will send shivers up our spine. In addition, due to certain movies and literature some species of birds have gotten quite a bad rap.

Many have started to see birds as either ferocious scavengers that are aim on death or they are omens of dark times. What is more worse that birds are often associated with fatality and seeing one is supposed to be a significance that bad times are coming. But, is it fair enough to term every species of birds from their brethren just because they are not as attractive? The answer is definitely a big NO!

Even wild bird deserves respect. They are also just like other birds. One has to keep in mind that these birds are cruel because of their territorial nature and not of free-will. Due to certain filmmakers and authors crows/ravens and other carrion eating birds have repulsed mankind for eons.

When we see vultures circling in the air, we realize that there is either something dying or something that has already died. Hence, most people do not prefer to pet such birds. Instead they prefer colorful birds, songbirds and delicate hummingbirds to grace their gardens and yards.

It is high time that these birds are let alone and remember that they are only doing, what is in their nature. There really is nothing insidious about what they do. These birds do not have any influence on portent of doom and gloom. They are two legged, winged wild animals that are programmed to kill their prey. So, the next time you see these wild birds do not run away or panic, thinking that they would bring omen to you. Nature decides what these species are designed for.
