- Upward Communication – Every communication that goes from employees to the manager level and has a formal tone included is known as upward communication. For instance, feedback of the employees about the specific report or task.
- Downward Communication – Any communication that takes place between manager level and peers of the same organization is termed as downward communication. The communication basically revolves around orders and instructions that are required to be followed.
- Dydic Communication - The friendly and informal communication that occurs between employees of the same organization is known as dydic communication. It mainly takes place as exchanging ideas between subordinate of that organization.
