Let me give you some of the basic body weight exercises for you”

1.Burpee exercise:

The Burpee exercise is a perfect exercise and one of my personal favorites. It is recommended that one should do this exercise at a regular level as it helps the person to enhance his potency and explosiveness.

It is also vital for all of you to know that it is a kind of movements exercise. It helps to do proper movement of your body parts. And we all know the importance of a flexible body in this hectic life. It is a good body weight exercise. I make sure that I never miss out on this one. Also the best way to do this exercise is to do push ups and then jumping forward in order to attain a bending position.

2. Dips:

Let us move towards the next exercise that is called 'Dip. It is an immensely effective body weight exercise which can help you to reduce your extra weight. Nothing better than dip when it comes to loosing excess weight. And if you want to strengthen your body muscles, then this exercise is for you! Here are some of the ways to do this exercise: shoulder width dips, wide arm training and wide grip bench press.

3.Push ups:

These are also one of my personal favorites. A Perfect exercise to strengthen your body muscles, build your abs and have a proper body mass ratio.

4.Pull ups:

Another body weight exercise is pull ups exercise. If you want to gain a good height and body weight, then forget all other exercises and concentrate on this one.

5.Crunches:

want to give some hit on your stomach muscles. Try crunches. These are the best exercise for strengthening your stomach muscles. The fact is that one can do this exercise in two different ways. One is known as upper crunches and the other is known as lower crunches.
