As far as my personal experience is concerned, I always say that losing weight is a gradual process so one must not hurry at all and start it slowly and at a gradual pace. That is why as fas exercise is concerned, one should never start anything in a hushed up manner and from the first day itself you all must try to find an exercise program which you enjoy.

Slow exercise is more effective. And that is why it is always advised that when ever you work out, just remove all the stress from your mind, do not think that you are doing it for the purpose of losing weight, or there is some kind of burden on you to loose weight! No!

Just do it with a good mood and try to relax. At the same time make sure that you have a healthy diet if you are on a exercise program. That will ensure that you are getting apt amount of vitamin and minerals helps to burn more calories.

Now if you want to make the whole experience enjoyable, then do what I do. You can hear your favorite music during exercise, exciting? Then try it out once. It will do wonders to your experience of exercise. And if you are a die hard fan of nature, then exercise outdoors in your garden or park or may be terrace. But keep it safe. I like to exercise in front of television when my favorite cricket match is going on.

What you can also do is, invite your near and dear ones to join your exercise program. A lot of people believe that you should go under a heavy exercise program if you are really eager to have the best results possible but this not true. I can guarantee that a light and slow exercise program, if done in a calm and relaxed manner can do wonders and provide positive energy as well.
