Teachings in The Holy Book Of Quran

The concept of "original sin" doesn't exist in the religion of Islam. The sacred book of Qur'an preach that people are born guiltless until he/she commits a sinful deed. So, the religion of Islam is neither an ethnocentric nor a sacramental. Therefore, the Muslims (followers of this religion) observe no sacraments. The religion also allows anyone to become a Muslim according to his/ her discretion. The unique fact about Islamic religion is that there is no sacramental ceremony, no involvement by any clergy, and no authentication by any organized body when someone wishes to join. The only requirement that a person who wishes to join has to do is follow the teaching of Islam. Here are some of the teachings explained in the Holy Book of Qur'an:
Doctrine of God: The Islamic religion is a strictly monotheistic. The statement means that every Muslim believes that there is no other God than Allah.
Doctrine of Angels: the religion also believes that the throne of God is surrounded by Angels, who act as His messenger to people. However, one of the most important angels is considered to be the angel Gabriel. Although, there are a certain group of angels who are referred as fallen angel or Iblis. They are commonly known as the Satan or Devil. It is believed that he has control over the djinns.
Doctrine of Inspired Books: The Islamic religion also believes in the sacred books, which include the Torah, the Gospel of Jesus, the Psalms, and the Koran (Qur'an). Although, every Muslim believe that Koran is the only book that is completely error free. Some scholars believe that the holy book Koran also have certain resemblance to the Bible, the Apocrypha, and the Jewish Talmud. If you go through the stories written in Koran you'll find many similarities to stories of various prophets in the Old Testament. Muslims are supposed to memorize as much of the Koran as they can. Muslim who are able to memorize the entire book by heart are highly honored.
Doctrine of Prophets: The Islamic teachings also believed that there are many persons who are considered to be prophets. Among them are Abraham, Ishmael, Moses, Noah, John the Baptist, Jesus, and Mohammad. However, Mohammad was considered to be last prophet. The religion also consider that it was prophet Mohammad's proclamations, which completed the message sent by God to people.
Doctrine of Last Judgment: Muslims also have faith that there will be a final judgment day. On that day every non-believer will be sentenced to the burning fires of hell, while the believers will enter heaven. Although, believers can enjoy the pleasures of heaven as per their degree of faith and morality, which they displayed in their lifetime.
Muslims also believe that the moral and legal codes of the Islamic religion can be applied to all areas of human life.
