It is a vast topic as it virtually rules every aspect of our lives. To define the phrase in a laymen language, culture as music, literature, art or language. In other words, it is a way of doing things which the majority of people in a particular group adhere to.

Every society has set certain norms which needs to be followed by individuals to retain the society strong and intact. However, when it pertains to the act of an organization characterized by the behavior of the group then it is called as organizational culture. The beauty of the organizational culture is that the members comprising the organization affects it as much as its previous culture, resulting in a new change in the individuals as per the design of the organization.

Culture when pertains to the act of an individual is divided as per his/her act as a cultured or an uncultured one. Following are some of the interesting facts about culture:
