There are few questions like “I don't like exercise, I just can't take it. What to do?, “Or may be my body is meant to have flabby arms?”, which often come to your mind. Thinking about exercising and leaving that warm bed, is not an easy task. But, there are few benefits of exercising, which might attract you to do so.

Preventing from Disease

One might ask a question, that how can exercise prevent diseases, but it does. It is a fact that risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure gets reduced due to exercising.

Improving Stamina and Physical Endurance

It is true that exercising gradually develops body's strength. If running is your favorite exercise, then you will run in circles around a person, who will not be able to catch you.

Muscle Strength

When you do weight exercises, it makes your muscles stronger and larger. This also improves your strength and the grip becomes firm. Those who regularly do weight exercising have noticed the improvement in body posture. More calories are burnt by the muscles, which is a good reason to work on strengthening them.

Flexibility

Exercising involves variety of poses and thus your muscles become more flexible. If you want your joints to move around without noting any stiffness, do stretching exercise. This substantially reduces the chances of fracture, as the joints become more flexible.

Weight Loss

Nobody can loose weight without exercising. The fat present in your body gets burned while exercising. If you have gained the desired weight, try to maintain it with the weight loss exercise. Your weight will increase even if you will eat less calories per day, and not exercise.
