Mankind and Religion- One Religion

In today's world, one of the most common sight is the mindless killing of innocents in the name of religion. From the terrorist attack at the the world trade center to the serial bomb blasts in Mumbai, India, or vandalism of churches in Orissa in India. All these incidents have only led to the innocent killing of people. In such situations, there are forced to leave their home and live in dilapidated refugee camps.
Religion itself divides. I'm not pointing to wars, it creates a difference and friction between people of different faiths and different sects. There is friction and division amongst religion that can't be removed. The main aim of these attacks is to spread fear and terror all in the name of Religion. The worst part is that most perpetrators feel that they are doing a great and they will be rewarded by the Divinity for such acts. What they fail to understand is that we've all been taught religious tolerance, but there is still prejudice and conflict directed towards religions. If not, then why in the name of religion such acts are encouraged.
Before, go deep into this topic it is important to understand the basic idea about the evolution of religion. Every religion tries to bring people together in one group and preach them the message of love and fellowship. No religion every preaches to spread terror or hatred.
You must understand that the religion of mankind is above all. Every religion in this earth preaches unconditional love, brotherhood of man, and love thy neighbor. All religious text preach only one thing and that is help mankind, propagate love and not hate. Sadly, in this modern world we are doing just the opposite.
