So you love salad a lot. I know that is good for health, but what about
the dressing. Here is a cool tip for you: Rather than going for a salad
dressing, you can try vinegar. Salad dressings are a great way to kill
a perfectly healthy salad because they are geared up with loads of
calories.
- So you love salad a lot. I know that is good for health, but what about the dressing. Here is a cool tip for you: Rather than going for a salad dressing, you can try vinegar. Salad dressings are a great way to kill a perfectly healthy salad because they are geared up with loads of calories. Use a balsamic vinegar that is one of my favorites.
- Drop the dip and make use of salsa. Yes. It is a perfectly healthy meal. Tomatoes, cilantro, onions, maybe garlic… have you heard anything that sounds unhealthy? So it is recommended that you should let go the idea of a chip dip and go for salsa. It is not wise to eat chips every single time but even you love having them, just make sure that you use salsa! The combination is just perfect.
- And the question that now arises is that why even touch those aforementioned chips when you want to cut down calories? Rather you should try more air-popped popcorn. These are not geared up with calories at all.. Do you know anyone who doesn’t like popcorn? Come on I know that there have calories but not as much as there are in a big packet of chips.
- Bacon…you know what turkey is better than pork. You don't believe me, then probably read on! Bacon is probably the single biggest reason many of us can’t be vegetarians. Am I right?
- But here are some of the astonishing facts for you: Purdue turkey bacon has about 50 calories in 2 slices and 1 gram of saturated fat, but on the other hand and not to mention the calories. They are endless. And more than twice the calories.
- My next tip is that you must try turkey burger instead of beef. We all love Turkey and it is not just about those lavishing thanksgiving parties. Right? And the fact is that turkey shows up again on our list, this time in place of your usual beef burgers. The amount of fat is less, so just go for it! Once you will be able to add on all your favorite toppings (lettuce, pickle, tomato) the difference is really negligible.
