If you are in the business of real estate, you mus know as to how important it is to deal perfectly with your clients. Right? It is so obvious that communication with your clients play a very important role to gain success as it is key to building their trust in you and their desire to buy or sell a home through you.

I am not saying that you need to have a 24/7 service always ready for them in order to give them a perfect communication but still by setting some boundaries for yourself and for your clients, you can very well ensure that they aren't left hanging, and at the same you don't disturb your family life as well.

So my first recommendation for all of you is that you must always set working hours for yourself, so that no one should disturb you at wrong working hours and at the same time you can give full commitment to your clients in your fixed working hours. This will ensure a prime communication with them.

Let your clients know as to when they can expect communication from you. Once it is clear that you have a schedule, your clients will be able to deal with you perfectly. You can even put this information along with your contact information, such as: John Halter (888) so and so phone number
Hours: 9AM-5PM. This will make your and your client's task easier for each other!

If you are not at your work place, make sure that you have a voice message service installed at your work place so that when you will come back, you will have all their messages with you. This way you will not lose your clients and can get back to them immediately. If you are busy at the current moment then you can forward a text template to your clients who try to contact you in your busy schedule. This message can be: "My client is very important to me” “I will get back to you as soon as I get free!”
