Mac Leasing Better Than Buying Outright

Good technology from Apple is not cheap, and upgrading your tech every 2 years or so can be a budgetary nightmare. Small to medium sized businesses reliant on Macs are increasingly feeling the pinch, with purchased equipment becoming obsolete quicker than ever before. There are alternatives, and if you shop around you can find ones with great support and financing models.

A good Mac leasing scheme should be both flexible and affordable, incorporating supply and installation of Mac equipment with full warranty and customer support during the lease. Leasing is growing in popularity, especially in the UK where historically businesses would lease items like photocopiers or water coolers but include IT equipment in their capital expenditure. Perhaps it is because this isn’t the most tax efficient way to acquire Mac equipment that leasing is growing in popularity.

As Mac’s come in so many incarnations you should understand what your requirements really are before leasing a Mac, or looking for Macbook financing .If you need portability and are in an industry where the use of a Mac is expected by clients- such as web design and development- then consider a Macbook. If you want something with more panache perhaps a Macbook Air might be more appropriate.

Of course your industry or line of business shouldn’t predetermine whether you use a Macbook or not- they are however beautifully designed, relatively secure and work more often than comparable Windows machines. Mac support is also great, and there is a large community of Mac users who are more than happy to share their knowledge in forums.
