We all are aware of the fact that, proper communication with youth is very important. However, none of us give due attention to factors like behavioral style, which affects youth's actions. To motivate them it is very crucial to understand their point of view. For instance, when teens communicate among their friends, we are unaware of the fact that they apply particular behavioral style for certain situations. These behavior style may or may not be the same under another situation.
