The concept of "original sin" doesn't exist in the religion of Islam. The sacred book of Qur'an preach that people are born guiltless until he/she commits a sinful deed. So, the religion of Islam is neither an ethnocentric nor a sacramental. Therefore, the Muslims (followers of this religion) observe no sacraments.
